Services
Power Stream provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Pressure Washing
- Soft Washing
- Roof Cleaning
- House Washing
- Concrete Cleaning
- Gutter Cleaning
- Deck and Fence Cleaning
- Commercial Property Cleaning
- HOA and Property Management Services
Service availability may vary by location.
Estimates
All estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of inspection or customer-provided details. Final pricing may change if unforeseen conditions are discovered before or during the service.
Estimates remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to:
- Inclement weather
- Equipment failure
- Safety concerns
- Staffing availability
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Customers will be notified as soon as practical if rescheduling becomes necessary.
Customer Responsibilities
Before service begins, customers agree to:
- Provide safe access to the property.
- Ensure outdoor water is available unless otherwise arranged.
- Close all windows and doors.
- Remove fragile or valuable items from work areas.
- Secure pets indoors or away from the work area.
- Notify us of any pre-existing property damage, loose siding, damaged roofing, leaking windows,electrical concerns, or other conditions that could affect the service.
Failure to prepare the property may result in delays or additional charges.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
We accept approved payment methods communicated at the time of service.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for all collection costs associated with unpaid balances.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in cancellation fees or refusal of future service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to inspect the work and, if appropriate, re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover:
- Permanent staining
- Oxidation
- Rust
- Paint failure
- Surface deterioration
- Existing damage
- Conditions beyond the scope of the agreed service
Property Conditions
Exterior cleaning cannot restore every surface to a like-new condition.
Certain stains, discoloration, oxidation, rust, efflorescence, hard water deposits, paint loss, and age-related deterioration may remain after cleaning.
Power Stream is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that become visible after cleaning.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power Stream shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing property damage
- Loose or improperly installed siding
- Failing caulk or sealants
- Aging roofing materials
- Defective windows or doors
- Water intrusion caused by existing defects
- Landscaping damage resulting from pre-existing conditions
- Delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
