- Workmanship Warranty
Power Stream warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with accepted industry standards. We provide a Thirty (30) Day Workmanship Warranty. If work fails to meet the agreed scope due solely to workmanship, we will correct it at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover future environmental buildup. - Roof Cleaning Warranty
Roofs cleaned using our soft washing process are covered by a Twenty-Four (24) Month Algae-Free Warranty against the return of black algae on treated areas. Excludes moss, lichen, tree sap, pollen, leaf staining, unrelated discoloration, severe weather, and new contamination. - House Washing
Future accumulation of dirt, mold, mildew, algae, or pollen after service is normal and not covered. - Concrete and Surface Cleaning
Permanent stains such as oil, rust, paint, battery acid, fertilizer, tire marks, efflorescence, and deep-set discoloration may not be fully removable and are not guaranteed. - Gutter Cleaning Warranty
Accessible gutters and downspouts will be free-flowing upon completion. Excludes underground drainage issues, damaged systems, improper pitch, structural deficiencies, and future debris accumulation. - Warranty Exclusions
Excludes pre-existing conditions, structural defects, oxidation, fading, permanent staining, natural disasters, new contamination after service, areas outside the work scope, third-party alterations, and customer-requested deviations. - Customer Responsibilities
Report concerns within the warranty period, allow inspection, avoid third-party repairs before inspection, and provide reasonable access. - Warranty Claims
Provide your name, property address, service date, description of the issue, and photos if available. - Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to correcting verified workmanship deficiencies and shall not exceed the amount paid for the original service. - No Other Warranties
No other express or implied warranties are provided except as stated.
